In most cases, customers receive their orders within 2–3 working days after the distributor has received the shipment.Need Immediate Shipping?If you require an individual shipment with an immediate UPS or FedEx tracking number, you can place your order through:www.slotcararchitect.comOrders placed through Slot Car Architect are shipped individually and are not part of the Slotwagen consolidated shipping programme. Why is the Slotboss Taking So Long

SlotBoss Shipping Delay UpdateWe would like to provide all SlotBoss customers with a transparent update regarding the current shipping delay.The SlotBoss is a completely new design and concept. Before accepting deposits, we tested the market for approximately one month to establish customer interest and determine the expected production quantities.Because the SlotBoss is a complex product, it requires several specialised components and imported parts. Unfortunately, some of these parts arrived at our manufacturing facility later than expected due to international shipping and customs delays.Each SlotBoss is individually hand-built, assembled, and checked before it is packed for dispatch. In accordance with our international shipping policy, orders are consolidated and shipped in bulk to each regional distributor. This process allows us to reduce international shipping costs for our customers.At present, the SlotBoss is awaiting one final component, which is expected to arrive during the week of the 2nd  August. Once this part has been received, each product will be completed, tested, packed, and prepared for shipment to the relevant distributor.We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. IMPORTANT NOTICE – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & TRACKING

Please take note of the following important information regarding international orders and tracking.

Orders Shipped Under Our Previous Consolidated Shipping System

International orders processed under our previous shipping system were combined into consolidated shipments twice per month and shipped from South Africa to our appointed representative in the destination country.

Because several individual customer parcels were packed within one consolidated international shipment, the tracking link provided will initially show the progress of the main shipment to our country representative.

This means that the tracking destination shown may not be your personal delivery address. This is completely normal.

If your tracking link shows delivery to a different location or address, it means that your parcel is contained within the consolidated shipment and is on its way to our appointed representative.

Once the consolidated shipment arrives, the tracking may show “Delivered.” This does not necessarily mean that your individual parcel has already been delivered to you. It means that the main international shipment has successfully reached our representative.

Our representative will then separate the individual customer parcels and forward your package to your final delivery address.

Your tracking link therefore remains an important indication of the shipping progress and confirms that your parcel has been dispatched and is moving through the delivery process.

NEW INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SYSTEM – EFFECTIVE 10 SEPTEMBER 2026

We are pleased to confirm that, effective from 10 September 2026, all new international shipments will be sent using our new direct door-to-door shipping system.

This means that future international orders will no longer need to be included in the previous twice-monthly consolidated shipping system.

Packages will be shipped directly from South Africa to the customer's delivery address, providing a simpler, faster and more convenient shipping process.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we transition from our previous consolidated international shipping system to our new direct door-to-door service.
