SlotBoss Shipping Update

We would like to keep all our valued customers informed regarding the current status of SlotBoss orders.

We are pleased to confirm that all current SlotBoss orders have been packed and are ready for shipment, with the exception of one final component that is required to ensure the unit operates correctly. This particular part was expected to arrive from China last week; however, due to unforeseen supplier delays and extended customs processing, we have now been advised that it is expected to arrive on Monday.

Unfortunately, this may result in an approximately one-week delay in dispatching current orders. This situation is completely beyond our control, but we believe in being transparent with our customers throughout the entire process.

As the world's first self-powered slot car track cleaning system, the SlotBoss has presented a number of exciting challenges during development and production, including managing exceptionally high order volumes and sourcing specialized imported components. Despite these challenges, our commitment remains unchanged—we are dedicated to delivering a high-quality, innovative product that exceeds your expectations.
