Slotwagen International Shipping Procedures

At Slotwagen, we are committed to providing reliable, cost-effective international shipping while keeping our customers informed every step of the way.

International Shipping

All international Slotwagen orders are shipped using UPS or FedEx, ensuring fast, secure, and fully trackable delivery.

AI Order Tracking

From 20 July 2026, all customers can conveniently track their orders using our AI Tracking Bot.

Simply enter the same email address used for your PayPal payment, and our AI system will provide you with the latest status of your order, including its current stage in production, dispatch, and shipping.

Shipping Schedule

To help reduce international shipping costs for our customers, Slotwagen ships consolidated orders on the following dates each month:

• 1st of every month

• 15th of every month

If either the 1st or 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday, shipments will depart on the next working day.

We strongly recommend checking the Shipping Status section on our home page before placing your order. This will help you become familiar with our current production schedule, shipping dates, and estimated dispatch times for your country.

Why We Ship This Way

Rather than sending every order individually, we consolidate multiple customer orders into larger shipments destined for your country's official Slotwagen distributor.

This approach significantly reduces international shipping costs, allowing us to pass those savings directly on to you.

Once your country's distributor receives the shipment, your parcel is immediately dispatched to your local delivery address. In most cases, customers receive their orders within 2–3 working days after the distributor has received the shipment.

If you require an individual shipment with an immediate UPS or FedEx tracking number, you can place your order through:

Orders placed through Slot Car Architect are shipped individually and are not part of the Slotwagen consolidated shipping programme. Please note that these shipments are charged at the standard UPS or FedEx international shipping rates.

SlotBoss Shipping Delay Update

We would like to provide all SlotBoss customers with a transparent update regarding the current shipping delay.

The SlotBoss is a completely new design and concept. Before accepting deposits, we tested the market for approximately one month to establish customer interest and determine the expected production quantities.

Because the SlotBoss is a complex product, it requires several specialised components and imported parts. Unfortunately, some of these parts arrived at our manufacturing facility later than expected due to international shipping and customs delays.

Each SlotBoss is individually hand-built, assembled, and checked before it is packed for dispatch. In accordance with our international shipping policy, orders are consolidated and shipped in bulk to each regional distributor. This process allows us to reduce international shipping costs for our customers.

At present, the SlotBoss is awaiting one final component, which is expected to arrive during the week of the 2nd  August. Once this part has been received, each product will be completed, tested, packed, and prepared for shipment to the relevant distributor.
